REFUND POLICY

UPDATED RETURN POLICY:

We want you to love your experience with DESIGNER BOUTIQUE CLOTHES We value you as a customer and as part of our community!

ALL Accessories + Lifestyle Products  (hats, swimsuits, jewelry, wristbands, stickers, mugs, planners, pens, notebooks, affirmation cards, free or promotional items) and Sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.

If there is an issue with your purchase, please email us at designerboutiqueclothes@gmail.com to process a STORE CREDIT. 
 

Please be sure to check sizing chart prior to purchase. Orders placed with incorrect sizing requirements will not be refunded. Exchanges permissible at buyers expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, within 24 hours,  so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items personal in nature, sale items or gift cards.
